Pia N McCusker

Pia is a Senior Managing Director and the Global Head of Cash Management at State Street Global Advisors (SSGA). In this role, she manages a team of investment professionals, including portfolio managers and credit analysts globally with $400 billion in assets under management across all Cash strategies. Pia is a member of the firm's Senior Leadership Team and has over 20 years of credit and investments experience. In addition, she chairs State Street Global Advisor's Independent Fiduciary Committee and is a member of the North America Valuation Committee, Liquidity Risk Committee, Securities Lending Committee, and Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Previously, Pia was the Head of Global Credit Research for SSGA where she led a team of credit analysts who provided global research coverage of the investment-grade corporate, asset-backed markets, financial institutions including banks, broker/dealers, finance companies for short-duration/enhanced cash, securities lending reinvestment and traditional cash portfolios.

Prior to SSGA, Pia worked in the Structured Products group at State Street Global Markets and was responsible for originating and structuring domestic and international asset-backed transactions. She joined State Street in 2000.

Pia holds a BA in Economics and in American Studies from Brandeis University, as well as an MS in International Economics and Finance also from Brandeis University.
