        Des previously managed fixed income mandates at Oppenheim Investment Managers, a subsidiary of Sal. Oppenheim, Cologne. His primary focus was on global sovereign debt and investment grade credit. Prior to that he managed a variety of mandates for top tier global insurance and reinsurance clients. Des has considerable experience managing and advising on investment portfolios of varying risk and return profiles.
