Also, the members of the team utilize technology and create solutions to increase efficiencies in the workflow.

        Prior to joining SSGA, Mariola worked for 6 years at State Street Bank in Poland, holding various technical roles in fund accounting area, most recently the role of Operations Manager.

        Mariola earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting and Master’s Degree in Banking and Risk Management at Cracow University of Economics. She has earned the Chartered Financial Analysts designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
